The wet granulating machine manufactured by our company is a professional equipment for wet mixing granulation of powder, starch and adhesive in tablet production of pharmaceutical industry. It is also suitable for mixing and granulating of powdery materials in food and chemical industry. The contact parts between equipment and materials are all made of stainless steel. [principle]
Under the action of stirring at the bottom of the round cone container, the powder material is in a semi flowing state and fully mixed. After the adhesive is injected, it becomes a wet soft material, and then it is cut into uniform wet particles by a side mounted high-speed granulator.
[Characteristics]
1. Main barrel: the inverted cone-shaped pelletizing integrated pot structure is adopted, which is conducive to the rolling of materials, and the geometric angle design of stirring paddle and pelletizing knife is reasonable, which ensures the uniformity of mixed pelletizing.
2. The mixing granulation is completed in the sealed barrel body to reduce dust pollution and meet the requirements of pharmaceutical process.
3. Each batch of dry mixing is only 3 minutes, granulation is 1-4 minutes, the work efficiency is 4-5 times higher than the traditional process.
4. The dry mixing and wet mixing granulation are completed in the same closed container. Compared with the traditional process, the adhesive is reduced by 25% and the drying time is shortened.
5. The operation and control system adopts human-machine interface, PLC programmable controller control, touch screen operation, and can store multiple sets of process data. The speed of the cutter can be adjusted by frequency conversion, which can meet the requirements of different kinds of granulation.
